LEISURE SALES MANAGER
 
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be an ITS graduate or have other qualification related with Sales & Marketing. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management, Relationship Marketing or Marketing/Strategic Planning. Superior analytical skills and travel Industry experience. Excellent communication and organization skills with a result oriented and customer focus approach to work. Fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency in French or German would be beneficial.
POSITION PURPOSE:
In conjunction with the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for maximizing business from Tour Operators and other leisure accounts. Proactively uncovering new prospects for the Hotel, and maximizing conversion of business in line with Hotels’ budgetary goals. This position requires a high degree of self motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative. Representing Starwood Hotels worldwide promoting the quality image of the company at every opportunity, and uncovering additional leads for the property.
