Aqua Aerobics classes at Le Meridien St Julians Hotel & Spa have definitely lived up to my expectations and more! The instructress always comes up well prepared with a variety of exercises which literally keep us on our toes!!! The fact that the pool is well maintained and the ambiance is so pleasant is an added bonus. I heartily encourage anyone who has not yet taken part in an aqua aerobics class to do so as it is an extremely enjoyable experience and the results are well worth the effort!
